Reflexology

In traditional Chinese medicine Reflexology rests on the ancient Chinese belief in qi (pronounced “chee”), or “vital energy. Reflexology involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. As our body parts are all connected reflexology is beneficial for reducing stress, tension, anxiety and can aid in pain management. This service is great as a stand-alone, add on to other treatments or with a companion as a perfect mindful moment to wind down from a hectic day.
